Databricks forcing 6-day work weeks for Marketing team before launch

I work in Marketing at Databricks. What I'm hearing internally is that leadership has decided to make significant changes. The writing has been on the wall for weeks. People are updating their LinkedIn profiles and the mood is terrible.
