It resulted in the arrest of four individuals and the takedown of 53 domains associated with DDoS-for-hire platforms, also known as 'booter' or 'stresser' services. These platforms, often marketed as legitimate network testing tools, are used to flood websites and online services with traffic, rendering them inaccessible.
