Peter Thiel Fund Dumps Entire Nvidia Position While Loading Up on Microsoft and Apple
Okay this one is wild. Peter Thiel hedge fund literally dumped its entire Nvidia position. Yep the guy who invested early in Palantir just said bye-bye to NVDA. And he is not stopping there also exited Tesla trimmed Vistra and instead went ALL IN on Microsoft and Apple. Thiel Macro filed with the SEC showing they exited Nvidia during Q3. Think about that for a second. One of the most famous tech bulls in the world dumping the biggest AI chip company at a time when everyone and their mother is hyping AI. Bold move. The fund initiated positions in Microsoft trading around $390.50 and Apple around $271.50. These are the boring mega-caps that the market considers structural repair candidates. Funny how things rotate a few years ago everyone was calling Apple dead now it is a defensive play. What does this mean for regular investors. Maybe do not blindly follow billionaires into their newest positions but definitely pay attention to what they are EXITING. Thiel clearly does not see AI momentum continuing the same way. Could be he is hedging could be he knows something. Either way when a VC legend dumps the hottest stock of the decade you at least gotta raise an eyebrow. The Magnificent Seven have had a rough February overall but today action shows some recovery. Whether this is the turning point or just dead cat bounce Your guess is as good as mine.
